The University of Arizona Humanities Seminars Program offers a curriculum of high-quality non-credit courses to adults, taught by faculty members selected for their scholarly accomplishments and exceptional teaching abilities.
The Humanities Seminars Program (HSP) serves a vibrant and highly engaged community of adult learners. They are typically college-educated, and many have graduate degrees. They are enthusiastic learners who are curious, well-traveled, and voracious readers.
HSP courses are offered year-round and may be accessed on campus, online, or via recording for asynchronous learning. Current educators in Arizona are eligible to receive full course scholarships under our Great Books Series.
Participating educators receive certificates of completion that may be submitted to gain Professional Development credit from their school or district.
