Description: Do you find teaching physical science a challenge? Are you looking for ways to effectively teach the Arizona Science Standards? Come join us for an interactive professional development workshop designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to teach physical science concepts based on AZ State Standards. During this engaging workshop, you will have the opportunity to create a simple generator, work with paper circuits, explore heat and sound waves, and learn how to use slow reveal graphs to teach renewable and nonrenewable energy. You will leave with about $200 worth of materials and resources needed to teach this unit in your classroom. The goal of this workshop is to help you foster a deeper understanding and enthusiasm for science in your classroom.
Cost: $35 member, $50 non-member
