ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) training educates on how early childhood trauma affects long-term physical and mental health. Participants learn to recognize the signs of toxic stress and shift their perspective from asking “What is wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?” The goal is to implement trauma-sensitive care that fosters resilience and improves outcomes for impacted individuals.
