Arizona Virtual Literacy Week 2026: Empowering Literacy Educators through Research to Practice
Designed for educators, administrators, and literacy advocates, this virtual event will feature impactful webinars focused on advancing evidence-based literacy practices in the classroom.
Each webinar will spotlight literacy researchers who will provide the evidence-based strategies you need to support ALL students with literacy!

Friday 7/10/2026 – Everyone who completes the event surveys throughout the week will be entered to win literacy books! Winners will be drawn on Friday 7/11 and notified by email.
*Sessions will be recorded (unless otherwise noted); however, you cannot receive PD credit if you do not attend the live session.
Participants must register for each webinar they would like to attend. All participants who register in APLD and attend the webinar will be given 1.5 hours PD credit for each one they attend. Certificates will be in APLD – no record of attendance will be emailed (though the system may notify you the certificate is ready).
Our virtual webinar platform for this series is Zoom. The webinar link will be available in APLD, and will also be individually emailed to registrants the day of the webinar.
