The Arizona TeacherSolutions Team (TST) is a community of Arizona educators committed to growing, leading, and inspiring change right from where they are. As a part of TST, you will:
- Grow through inquiry cycle projects
- Engage in whole-group studies of leadership books and content
- Impact colleagues from across the state at the annual Teacher Leadership Institute
The Arizona TeacherSolutions Team embraces leadership from your current role, whether that’s as a teacher, a mentor, or other position. This two-year commitment also includes an annual stipend.
The Arizona K12 Center launched the Arizona TeacherSolutions® Team in 2011 in partnership with the Center for Teaching Quality (CTQ) and 20 solutions-focused teacher leaders from across the state. Since then, we have worked to further develop the team’s curriculum to best support Arizona teacher leaders in the midst of a changing education landscape.

- Participate in monthly meetings (most online; some in-person at the Arizona K12 Center; accommodations provided if traveling more than 50 miles to/from the Arizona K12 Center).
- Participate in a virtual book study.
