Learn from the urban landscape of Pima County’s Stormwater Parks that feature native flora and fauna! This workshop will give you the tools to connect your students to nature in their own neighborhoods!
Through this workshop you can:
- Engage with spaces that are designed to highlight the natural flora & fauna of the Sonoran Desert while learning how stormwater infrastructure supports the harvesting of runoff water.
- Learn how to create field trips for your classrooms based on what you learned in the program.
- Highlight future job opportunities with Pima County for your students.
