Students with ADHD often bring incredible creativity and curiosity to the classroom, but often run into challenges. This workshop provides clear strategies to support them without starting from scratch. You’ll learn how to reduce friction, increase clarity, and design routines that help students with ADHD thrive.
We’ll focus on:
- Small shifts in language and structure that make a big difference
- Ways to support working memory during instruction and transitions
- Tools to support executive function (without turning into a behavior chart)
Regardless of your role, all school personnel supporting students with ADHD will leave with practical ideas to improve student experiences and reduce stress.
What You’ll Gain:
- Strategies to make CICO conversations student-centered and strengths-based
- Conversation starters and scripts that support goal-setting and reflection
- Approaches to align daily check-ins with relational trust and school values
