Crisis Prevention and Intervention: De-Escalation Basics training aims to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively manage crises, promote safety, and support the well-being of students in distress. Participants will learn how to identify different levels of a crisis, and the staff approach to help diffuse the situation. By fostering a proactive and compassionate approach to crisis intervention, participants can create a culture of safety and care within the classroom.
