Some ideas about teacher self-care could be: Eat regularly (e.g., breakfast and lunch), Make healthy, well-balanced meals, Maintain a healthy sleep schedule, Engage in relaxing activities before bed, Take time off when needed, Drink water, Keep physically active, Take regular breaks from technology, such as phones, e-mail, and social media.
