Participants will learn the importance of building strong father engagement practices in their classrooms and what steps are needed to promote partnerships with fathers and male caregivers. Strategies will be explored to help fathers support their children’s learning and development while at the same time building partnerships to help prevent expulsion. Technical Assistance is available after attendance in the training.
