I’m excited to invite you to a special free workshop called “Getting Started with CICO,” which I will be hosting on Zoom. This workshop is designed to provide school leaders, counselors, school social workers, teachers, and paraprofessionals with the tools to implement and enhance Check-In/Check-Out (CICO) systems effectively.

During this workshop, you will:
- Learn the Core Benefits of CICO: Discover how CICO can improve student engagement, enhance accountability, and support positive behavior.
- Explore Upgrades for Your CICO Process: We’ll dive into effective goal-setting strategies during check-ins and provide practical tips for offering values-centered feedback during check-outs, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, whether a student has had a great day or it’s been a tricky one.
The goal for our time together is to help you make CICO work smoothly in your school, making behavior support feel less like paperwork and more like a promise to our students and to each other that we know we can keep. I look forward to seeing you there and working together to create a positive, supportive environment for every student.
