Mandated Reporter Training

Teachers and school staff are mandated reporters, which means that per law, they are legally obligated to report when they have reasonable belief a minor under age 18 are being abused or neglected. But how does one come to reasonable belief? What signs should they be looking out for? How does a report work and what happens afterwards?
