Join Education Forward Arizona for our September Education Power Hour as we hear from experts about the many pathways Arizona learners can take to earn valuable credentials to prepare for high-demand careers while contributing to the state’s Achieve60AZ attainment goal.
We’ll be joined by Janelle Elias, Executive VP/Strategy and Academic Affairs for Rio Salado College; Joann Bueno, PHR, State Apprenticeship Program Director, Arizona Apprenticeship Office; Dr. Alex Barber, Faculty Member in the CDL program at Yavapai College; Kacey Miller, Individual Licensing Program Manager for the Bureau of Licensing for Professions & Occupations at the AZ Dept of Health Services; and Megan McMinn, Bureau Chief for the Bureau of Licensing for Professions & Occupations at the AZ Dept of Health Services.
Together, they will discuss micro-credentials, industry certificates, licenses and apprenticeships, sharing their expertise on the different pathways to earning credentials and preparing for high-demand careers across Arizona.
