In this first, of a 3-part Staff Relations training series, participants will learn how ALL Staff relationships affect the Center’s environment, experience of emotional safety, and sense of belonging. Throughout this training, participants will: explore effective communication, practice assertiveness skills, and learn more about how adult stress and how adult relationships impact children. Additionally, staff will consider how forming a United Front may serve as a protective factor for preventing children from getting suspended or expelled as well as help adults to express and meet their own needs.
