Participants will deepen their understanding of student identity to provide safe, supportive environments to help every student succeed. This session is relevant for educators, counselors, and school leaders at any grade level, equipping them to build relationships and navigate boundaries via instructional strategies and community resources. Through the exploration of inclusive curricula, classroom materials, case study analyses, and effective pedagogy, participants will be empowered to support both the socio-emotional and academic growth of all students.
