For Grade K-5 Educators, Open to All
Discover how teaching economic concepts can build the background knowledge essential for reading comprehension and literacy growth. This interactive program draws from proven strategies in the Science of Reading, integrating economic content to deepen understanding and engagement. Participants will explore practical, hands-on activities designed to support students’ reading skills while introducing foundational economic ideas. K-5 classroom teachers in attendance will receive a complimentary copy of a featured book.
