This interactive webinar examines how language teaching materials can evolve beyond traditional coursebooks to better serve diverse learners. Through social justice, critical pedagogy, and decolonial perspectives, we’ll address challenges of accessibility, inclusivity, and authenticity while exploring Open Educational Resources (OERs) as solutions. Participants will gain practical strategies for creating and selecting materials that reflect diverse identities, embrace linguistic fluidity, and provide equitable access. Language educators and administrators will leave with concrete ideas to transform their teaching resources into vehicles for more just and inclusive language education.
