Creating a Science Rich Environment

This is a 2-hour training on how to create a science-rich environment in early education settings.

Children learn best through exploration and discovery. Creating a science-rich environment helps children foster their natural desire to explore and discover. This 2-hour training provides examples and components of a science-rich environment as well as effective teaching strategies to support hands-on STEM learning in early care and education settings.

This training will be delivered live virtually via Microsoft Teams. To receive credit for the training, please register through EMS and attend the entire session. After the training, you will complete a survey and will have access to a certificate of completion through the Event Management System (EMS).
