Increasing Non-Traditional Enrollment and Retention

There are two performance measures that we are committed to being more intentional about; improving “non-traditional enrollment” and “non-traditional completion”. Do programs that are traditional for males attract females? Furthermore, once in the program does the female student stay and complete the program? Likewise, are we actively promoting programs that are traditional for females to our male students? Do they stick with it and complete the program?
