Mindfulness and Meditation are popular because they help people manage stress and life’s challenges.  All school personnel welcome!  Take this class to build resilience and self-care habits that work for YOU!

  • Online, 5 weeks, 90 minute sessions
  • New strategies, content, and discussions each week
  • Daily practice, reading, logging

Invite a friend, colleague, family member, neighbor, teammate, etc to register, too!  Everyone (18+ years) welcome! The class often includes people from all walks of life and multiple time zones.  It is not a school personnel-only class.
